The Temptation

Many people prefer prescriptions to reflections. That is why we seek instructions from the wise.
Tell me what to do, they say. The assumption is directives of the wise does not have negative consequence. But every action, even the most noble, has consequences, that will be negative to someone.
That is why the wise avoid the temptation to advise. Even Krishna after establishing Dharma had to suffer the curse of Gandhari.
